Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb including use of ladders
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds including lifting overhead
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
- Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement
- Work in indoor or outdoor environments with temperature variations and exposure to allergens
- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including knives and fryers
- Reasonable accommodations may be considered
Job Qualifications

- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Complete training including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for guests
- Greet guests promptly and thank them as they leave
- Maintain awareness of current promotions
- Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
- Accurately enter guest orders and complete transactions
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and maintain receipts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment including dining room and guest areas
- Clean and maintain guest areas and building exterior
- Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages
- Prepare menu items safely and according to company standards
- Handle food and beverages according to safety regulations
- Assist with kitchen and back of house tasks
- Complete tasks promptly and with urgency
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
