Effective communication, both oral and written, is integral to the role, along with the ability to comprehend instructions, engage in group discussions, and provide reliable support to both customers and colleagues.

Physical capabilities such as the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various other physical tasks are requirements to ensure the safe and efficient operation of daily duties. Safety protocols are strictly observed to protect the health and well-being of all associates.
