Currently, Fresh Ideas is hiring immediately for part-time Cashier positions at the Mount Mary University location, situated at 2900 Menomonee River Parkway. This role offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour and features a part-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Applicants are required to submit applications online only. The Cashier plays a crucial role in the daily operations by performing various cashiering duties such as handling cash transactions accurately, verifying cash drawers, giving correct change, counting cash receipts, and completing detailed cash reports. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- Issue receipts to customers
- Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
- Keep pastry case stocked
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- Perform general food service work and other duties as assigned
