As a Team Member at BJ's Wholesale Club, you'll be a crucial part of the frontline operations that ensure members receive exceptional service and enjoy a seamless shopping experience. This role primarily involves processing member purchases efficiently and accurately, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering various membership products. Team Members are trained to scan merchandise using point-of-sale systems, accept multiple payment types, and provide assistance at self-checkout stations when necessary. They maintain the cleanliness and organization of their work area, ensuring the store environment remains inviting and safe.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond transactional duties to include embodying the club’s GOLD standards: Greeting members warmly, anticipating their needs, and appreciating their loyalty. You’ll be expected to operate with speed, agility, and integrity, addressing member concerns promptly and escalating issues appropriately. The role also includes managing inventory signage, assisting with club housekeeping, and supporting overall club policies and procedures.
