This part-time role as a team member primarily involves processing member purchases at the front line with professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities include verifying memberships, renewing and upgrading memberships, promoting BJ's Loyalty programs, and scanning merchandise accurately through point-of-sale systems. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to members, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area, and handle various forms of payment with efficiency and accuracy.
