As a Lowe's cashier, you play a critical role in ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied. This position involves providing a quick, friendly, and professional checkout experience, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the store. Beyond managing transactions and operating the cash register, cashiers assist customers with payments, exchanges, and inquiries, enhancing their shopping experience. This role also requires flexibility to support other store functions such as stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting other departments when needed. Job Requirements

  • Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
  • ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
  • experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
  • minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation
  • obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state
