Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to move frequently on hard surfaces and lift up to 30 pounds
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
- Ability to follow club policies and procedures
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, and upgrade memberships and offer various membership products
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment
- Provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
- Maintain cleanliness of the frontline department
- Assist at self-checkout stations and manage scan and pan lanes
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance while ensuring a safe environment
- Resolve and deescalate member concerns
- Follow GOLD Member Standards consistently
- Assist in general club housekeeping and return resellable merchandise to the sales floor
- Meet cashier productivity expectations and perform other assigned duties
- Maintain regular and predictable full attendance
