- Greet customers following 10/5 hospitality zone
- Provide seating in Liberty Tavern
- Provide menus and interact with guests expressing genuine interest in the guest
- Be familiar with restaurant and bar offerings in addition to hotel offerings
- Anticipate guests needs and provide exceptional guest experience
- Surprise and delight, in appropriate manner reflective of the occasion guest is celebrating
