This particular role is for Restaurant Crewmembers at Raising Cane's, a position essential to the smooth operation and vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. As a Restaurant Crew member, you will be wearing many hats—quite literally—including the iconic Raising Cane's hat—as you work diligently and enjoyably as a vital part of the team. The company is looking to hire immediately for openings across all shifts, including opening, closing, and everything in between. Whether you come from backgrounds such as customer service, retail, cashier work, restaurant serving, kitchen roles, prep cooking, or drive-thru cashiering, there is a place for you. Notably, this is an entry-level position where no previous restaurant experience is required because Raising Cane's provides paid training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel and grow in your career.

Starting pay begins at $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour within the first year through extra training, certifications, and positive performance reviews. You will work collaboratively with other Crewmembers, ensuring outstanding service and efficient operations during fast-paced shifts.
