Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Availability to work overnight shifts including holidays
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or fast food industry is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
Prepare food and beverages following Wendy's quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Uphold company policies and provide excellent guest experience
