You will follow company standards and procedures outlined in the Krispy Kreme Retail and Processing Specialist Training Workbooks, which will guide you through every aspect of doughnut preparation, customer service, and store maintenance. You might also have opportunities to cross-train in other operational areas, such as load out processes. This comprehensive training aims to ensure that every employee is confident and competent in delivering the quality and service Krispy Kreme is known for.
The position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, basic math and literacy skills for handling transactions, and the physical ability to perform duties such as lifting (up to 50 pounds occasionally), standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and cleaning. The working environment may include exposure to un-air conditioned areas with temperatures that can reach 100 degrees, and noise levels that require raised speaking volumes.
