The Front of House Team Member, Cashier at our establishment is responsible for providing an unforgettable experience for our customers by guiding them around the menu and supporting them in completing an order that fits their needs and expectations. Key responsibilities include welcoming new and repeat guests, being knowledgeable of all menu items for meal suggestions, verifying orders for accuracy, managing 'to-go' orders, processing POS transactions, operating the cash register accurately, assisting with food preparation procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following safety rules and procedures in a busy restaurant environment.
