As a Cashier at Coach, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing efficient and friendly service at checkout points. This position is vital for ensuring operational accuracy while supporting team development and serving as a brand ambassador. The Lead Cashier not only manages transactions but also creates a positive, memorable customer interaction by adhering to the company’s high standards of service. You will be responsible for promoting the Insider Program, handling returns and repairs in line with company policies, and assisting in the training of new cashiers to maintain a high level of performance and service quality. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where flexibility is essential to meet business needs, including working nights, weekends, and peak retail seasons. The base pay range for this role is $15.00 to $21.75 per hour, with compliance to local wage laws ensured. Job Requirements
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles
- luxury retail experience preferred
- familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong English language proficiency (for EU)
- ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly up to 50 lbs occasionally, to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles
- luxury retail experience preferred
- familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional customer service at checkout
- act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards
- maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies
- process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management
- keep cashwrap organized and clean, monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
