Known for its diverse buffet offerings and family-friendly atmosphere, Golden Corral has built a reputation for quality food and exceptional customer service. Metro Corral upholds these standards through its commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction. This franchise is a part of the larger Golden Corral Corporation network but functions autonomously, making all hiring and operational decisions internally. The franchise prides itself on maintaining a clean, organized environment and delivering prompt, friendly service to every guest.

The role of Cashier/Host at Metro Corral is pivotal in shaping the guest experience, as these team members are the initial and final points of contact in the dining environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting those with special needs, processing to-go orders accurately, and handling payments with precision. The Cashier/Host must be knowledgeable about the daily buffet menu, pricing, and adhere strictly to health and safety standards. Beyond customer interaction, the role demands maintaining cleanliness and organization in key areas such as the cashier station and buffet surroundings, ensuring the restaurant reflects the highest quality standards. Operational responsibilities include balancing cash drawers and coordinating with management to secure funds, minimizing risks associated with cash handling. This position requires a friendly, courteous demeanor both in-person and on the phone, as well as a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Metro Corral values energetic, friendly individuals who aspire to contribute positively to team dynamics and deliver exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within the hospitality industry and be part of a well-respected franchise.
