Job Requirements

- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members where needed for additional support
- Actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenish products
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to manage checkout lines
- Assist with Omnichannel operations as needed
- Participate in recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
