Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and repeatedly
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol sales
- Pass a background check
- Pass drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of inventory management software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer identification and handle payment methods
- Greet customers and provide personalized service
- Answer questions and promote loyalty programs
- Participate in product training for wine, spirits, and beer
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol sales
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
