As a Cashier at Total Wine & More, also known internally as a Front End Team Member, you will serve as the face of the company’s customer service experience. This role is essential in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression. Whether working part-time or full-time, you will handle sales transactions, verify identifications, process payments, and promote the company’s loyalty programs. Additionally, the role may include responsibilities such as sales assistance or merchandising and stocking duties, providing valuable opportunities to develop varied retail skills.

This position requires you to engage customers warmly, build relationships through effective communication, and provide knowledge about products and ongoing promotions. You will participate in specialized training programs focused on wine, spirits, and beer to enhance your expertise. To qualify, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably one or more years of retail experience. Physical requirements include walking and standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and enduring various weather conditions when necessary.
