The role of Cashier at Eurest is an immediate full-time opportunity located at the Texas Instruments facility at 12500 TI Blvd. in Dallas, Texas. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range from $18.00 to $25.00, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills. The schedule is full time, typically Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary and will be discussed during the interview stage. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with varying hours
  • Ability to perform cashiering duties including handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a foodservice environment while maintaining sanitation and safety standards
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior cashiering or cash handling experience preferred but not required
  • Basic math skills and cash handling abilities
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as ServSafe is a plus
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in foodservice settings

Job Duties

  • Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion
  • Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
  • Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
  • Issues receipts to customers
  • Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
  • Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards
