Cycle Gear, one of Comoto Holdings' prominent retail brands, is presently seeking a Zone Cashier to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to creating an outstanding shopping experience by ensuring top-notch customer service. As a Zone Cashier, you will be the first point of contact, greeting and acknowledging every customer within 90 seconds of their entering the store, showcasing a welcoming and enthusiastic attitude throughout each interaction. This position offers an hourly base pay ranging from $16.90 to $18.50, accompanied by an uncapped, tiered commission structure based on the achievement of sales goals.

The Zone Cashier's responsibilities include processing sales efficiently, encouraging customers to participate in special promotions, capturing customer names and emails, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the register areas. Moreover, the role demands a commitment to staying informed about the brand, products, promotions, and company-wide events to act as a reliable resource for customers. Beyond transactional duties, Zone Cashiers are encouraged to innovate and experiment with displays or other engagement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
