Popeyes is currently seeking a Cashier / Front of House Team Member to join their team at Popeyes #2637 in New Haven. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and guest areas is also an essential part of the job, along with supporting other front-of-house stations as needed. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Must be at least the minimum legal working age
  • Ability to handle cash and payment systems accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and guest-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic restaurant environment
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to working various stations
  • Reliable with punctual attendance
  • Able to stand and move throughout shifts
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
  • Eligible to work in the United States and meets minimum age requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude, delivering enthusiastic and loving service
  • Accurately take orders at the front counter and drive-thru, ensuring guest satisfaction
