As a Marshalls retail associate, you will embody the customer experience philosophy by engaging with customers, accurately processing transactions, and supporting store operations such as merchandise preparation, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives. The position is designed to provide flexible work schedules to accommodate business needs, with the added potential for cross-training across different areas of the store to enhance both individual and team capabilities. This opportunity offers a starting hourly pay range of $13.50 to $14.00, with the precise rate determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you will also act as a positive role model, supporting a store culture founded on honesty, integrity, and respect. By participating actively in store recovery, maintaining organizational standards, and upholding merchandising procedures, you contribute directly to the store’s operational success.
