Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic cash handling and math skills
Availability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and holiday hours
Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain professional conduct

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of food service operations
Ability to maintain a friendly and energetic attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

Create a pleasant dining experience for all guests by providing quick and friendly service
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
Ensure all cash and credit cards are collected and secure according to prescribed procedures
Have thorough knowledge of menu items, prices, sales techniques, and ordering procedures
Ensure food items are prepared accurately and meet quality and presentation standards
Assist in implementing marketing strategies both in the restaurant and off-site
Maintain and stock condiment area, drink station, and takeout counter
Complete all assigned server side work duties
