We are currently looking to expand our vibrant team by hiring a Responsive Recruiter to help identify, attract, and onboard talented individuals who will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our service excellence. The Responsive Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, directly impacting the overall guest experience at Holiday Lanes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and talent acquisition within the hospitality and entertainment industry, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a Responsive Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with management and department heads to understand staffing requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and attract applicants that align with our unique company culture. Your role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and networking, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate recruitment records and providing reports that inform strategic workforce planning.
