The Retail Associate role at Homesense is designed for individuals passionate about creating highly satisfying customer experiences by embodying customer service principles and engaging with every customer. You will be cross-trained in different store areas, enabling you to support multiple store functions. Your responsibilities will include accurately processing transactions and returns, promoting the company’s credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, and participating actively in store recovery activities. Moreover, you will help uphold labor law compliance, support shrink reduction initiatives, contribute to safety awareness, and embrace feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Job Duties
