The Cashier role at Guest Services is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Beyond transactional duties, the Cashier is expected to greet customers warmly, answer questions, and share information about company products, promotions, and policies. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe cash station and sales area is also fundamental to the role. The Cashier must ensure that cash register contents are managed securely and that sales reconciliation is accurately completed at the end of each shift.

This position demands a high level of attentiveness, adaptability, and problem sensitivity to recognize and communicate issues promptly to management. Physical requirements include frequent movement within the unit, the ability to lift items up to 25 lbs occasionally, and standing for the full workday. Effective communication and speech clarity in English are essential, as is the ability to interact consistently with coworkers in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
