Job Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older (some locations require 21 years or older due to tobacco or alcohol sales)
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Capability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and co-workers
- Ability to multitask and balance duties while maintaining guest priority
- Basic math and English literacy skills

Job Duties
- Treat every guest like they are the most important person in the store
- Greet all guests with a smile and a genuine thank you when they leave
- Take pride in the store's appearance by following the "true north Ready" standards
- Promote great deals and specials to each guest
- Sell age-restricted items responsibly under the "Because We Care" motto
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and assist guests in finding what they need
- Provide a "Fast, Friendly, Clean" experience each time guests visit
