Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with colleagues for additional support when needed
- Actively engage customers while resolving issues and assisting with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance proactively during busy periods
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts
- Participate in store recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Take part in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
