The company is currently hiring Restaurant Crewmembers at various shifts including openings, closings, and everything in between. This role is essential in ensuring that every customer enjoys friendly and efficient service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. The position is entry-level, requiring no previous restaurant experience, as paid training is provided to all new hires to prepare them for success. Starting pay is competitive at $15.00 per hour with potential increases up to an additional $1.50 per hour within the first year through further training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

As a Restaurant Crewmember, individuals will wear many hats, sometimes literally a Raising Cane's hat, and be a critical part of the restaurant team. The role is suited for diverse backgrounds including customer service associates, retail team members, cashiers, restaurant servers, kitchen leads, cooks, prep cooks, or drive-thru cashiers. Job Duties
