Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate consistent WORTH behaviors and partner with team members for support
  • Actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
  • Promote Findmore and other sales and customer service programs
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts and stock impulse fixtures
  • Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
  • Assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet performance standards related to sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
