The Cashier role at Chuck E. Cheese is a frontline position within the guest service team. Cashiers are responsible for taking orders, processing payments, assisting guests with prizes, and ensuring a positive experience for families and kids. Commission structures vary depending on employment type, with possibilities ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for Membership sales and from $0.15 to $3.00 for Fun Pass sales for exempt employees, and from $2.00 to $8.00 and $0.60 to $2.40 respectively for non-exempt employees, paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise.

The role requires Energetic and enthusiastic personalities who possess excellent customer service skills and are available to work various shifts. Physical tasks include the ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and performing activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting throughout a scheduled shift. The work environment is stimulating, featuring flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, requiring team members to manage job stress effectively and interact positively with guests and coworkers.
