There are two categories of commission structures: Exempt employees can earn between $0.50 to $10.00 per sold Membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per sold Fun Pass, while Non-Exempt employees have the potential to earn between $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. This incentivizes employees to actively contribute to the company’s success while enjoying the fun work atmosphere.
