The Cashier role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.94 to $17.94, along with commission potential — exempt employees can earn between $0.50 and $10.00 per Membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees may earn $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Commissions are paid bi-weekly unless otherwise required by state laws. Additionally, CEC offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, providing employees early access to earned wages, which enhances financial flexibility and stability.

The Cashier position requires a high level of interaction with guests, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. This role demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform movements such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. A lively, energetic, and enthusiastic personality is essential, as well as the ability to handle job stress and engage positively with team members and guests in an environment featuring flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises.
