Compensation for exempt employees includes commission potential ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass, with payments made bi-weekly unless state laws dictate otherwise. Non-exempt employees also have commission opportunities from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. The work environment is active and may include physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and interacting with flashing lights and sounds.
