Cashiers must be able to work various shifts and meet physical demands like standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and walking during their shifts. Beyond physical tasks, employees are expected to effectively handle job stress and foster positive interactions with guests and coworkers in an environment characterized by flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises.

CEC Entertainment demonstrates a strong commitment to employee health and safety, maintaining rigorous health and sanitation standards that meet or exceed local requirements. Reasonable accommodations are made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. The company also provides competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources.
