Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 hourly, with commission potentials varying based on employment status. Non-exempt employees can earn commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass, while exempt employees earn commissions from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, paid bi-weekly unless restricted by state law.

The Cashier position requires energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills, capable of handling physical activities like lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or moving throughout shifts.
