The open position for Cashiers at Chuck E. Cheese involves being the frontline of guest service, providing an energetic, friendly, and efficient checkout experience. Cashiers will take orders, process various payments, assist guests with prize redemptions, and contribute to the lively atmosphere of the center. This role offers hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, plus commission potential for membership and fun pass sales, which varies depending on pay structure and is paid bi-weekly. Cashiers must be at least 16 years old and have an enthusiastic and energetic personality combined with excellent customer service skills. The position requires the ability to work varied shifts and perform duties that may include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, bending, or walking for extended periods during shifts. The work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises, emphasizing the importance of handling stress well and maintaining positive interaction with guests and coworkers.
