Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- Process payments accurately
- Assist guests with prizes and rewards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Support team members in other areas as needed
