Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and handle transactions
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Help guests redeem prizes and manage prize inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier station
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Assist with cross-training in other front-of-house roles
- Support a safe and fun environment for guests and team members
