Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to interact well with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficient with basic math and point-of-sale technology
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Process guest payments using point-of-sale systems
- Assist guests with prize selections and redemptions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and service areas
- Provide friendly and energetic customer service to create a positive guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store operations
