Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
  • Ability to interact well with guests and co-workers
  • Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proficient with basic math and point-of-sale technology
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process guest payments using point-of-sale systems
  • Assist guests with prize selections and redemptions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and service areas
  • Provide friendly and energetic customer service to create a positive guest experience
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall store operations
