Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Capability to work in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and accurately process payments
- Assist guests with prize selections and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere
- Cross-train in other areas as needed to support guest experience
