Cashiers must be at least 15 years old, possess excellent customer service skills, and demonstrate an energetic, enthusiastic personality. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts. The work environment involves flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, making it vital for candidates to handle job-related stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers.
