Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- willingness to adhere to health and sanitation standards
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- basic math skills for handling cash and payments
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- process payments efficiently
- assist guests with selecting and redeeming prizes
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- provide excellent customer service with friendly and energetic interaction
- handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing during shifts
- follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
