Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shift
- Capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with guests and coworkers
- Comply with company safety and health policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or cashier roles is beneficial
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-volume environments
- Basic math and money handling skills
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and process payments
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with prize redemption
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Handle cash and manage electronic transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a fun experience
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
- Follow all safety and health guidelines during shifts
