Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- possess excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- positively represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- ability to multitask and handle stress effectively
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately
- assist customers with prizes and product inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- provide excellent customer service to create positive guest experiences
- handle multiple transactions efficiently
- participate in cross-training to support various roles within the location
