Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and process payments promptly
- Assist guests with prize selections and other inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier station
- Provide friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic customer service
- Handle transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members across various positions through cross-training
- Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies
