Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Commitment to maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately at the point of sale
- Process payments including cash, credit, and electronic transactions
- Assist guests with prize selections and redemptions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Support team members in other operational tasks as needed
