Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- willingness to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- possess excellent customer service skills
- demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- have the ability to work flexible shifts
- previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
- basic math and communication skills
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- process payments using the point-of-sale system
- assist guests with redeeming prizes and managing rewards
- maintain clean and organized checkout and front areas
- provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- support team members in various roles as needed
