Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- possess excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling or customer service experience beneficial
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiastic and energetic personality
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- greet and assist guests with orders
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- help customers with prizes and rewards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- promote memberships and fun passes to customers
- handle transactions using the POS system
- provide excellent customer service throughout the shift
