Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout shift
- Able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to interact positively with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- Process payments accurately
- Assist guests with prizes
- Maintain clean and organized cashier station
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash and electronic transactions
- Support team members during busy periods
