Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during shift
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shift
- able to handle job stress and work well with others
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cash handling or customer service experience is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- assist customers with prize selections and redemptions
- maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- support team members during busy periods
