Job Requirements
- at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- willingness to work in environments with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- assist guests with redeeming prizes
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- handle transactions involving memberships and Fun Passes
- support team members in other service areas as needed
