Now hiring Cashiers, CEC Entertainment considers this role the frontline of guest service. Cashiers play a critical part in enhancing the guest experience by taking orders, processing payments, and assisting with prizes. The Cashier role is supported by a competitive pay structure, including a unique commission program. Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, with commissions paid out bi-weekly unless state law dictates otherwise. Non-exempt employees also enjoy commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Moreover, the company offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, providing employees faster access to earned wages.

This position requires individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, and have excellent customer service skills. Employees must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. Given the environment, which includes flashing lights, mechanical movements, and loud noises, the role demands the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and team members.
